I'm a coffee addict, slow living junkie, human design obsessed, and as of October 2024:
a stage 2 breast cancer survivor.Â

There are 3 things I believe every human being must reconnect with if they want to live a life that feels true, especially after everything has changed.
These aren’t mindset hacks.
They’re foundations.
And after walking through cancer, I don’t have time for anything that isn’t real.
1. Energy – How you show up, whether you mean to or not.
Most people are walking around deeply disconnected from their body, their breath, and their truth.
Your energy is your signal. It enters the room before you do. And if you’ve been in survival mode for a while, your system might be broadcasting fear, fatigue, or self-doubt without you realizing it.
The good news? You can shift it. Gently. Intentionally. And with full self-compassion.
2. Your Human Design – Your energetic blueprint for how you move through life.
After cancer, I didn’t want to “go back.” I wanted to move forward by design.
Human Design gave me the permission slip I didn’t know I needed - to stop performing and start responding. To listen to my authority. To trust my strategy. To feel my way forward instead of forcing everything.
This work doesn’t fix you.
It reminds you who you were before the world told you to be something else.
3. Intention – The difference between surviving your life and living it.
Before, I said yes to too much.
I performed, produced, and over-functioned.
But when your world gets shaken - you realize: everything is a choice.
Now, I live slowly, honestly, and intentionally.
Every decision, every boundary, every next step is rooted in alignment, not obligation.
You don’t need to rebuild your life all at once.
You just need to start choosing it - on purpose.

HELP ME?
In the early days of discovering Human Design, I was cracked wide open.
I wasn’t looking for a system.
I was looking for a lifeline.
Something that could explain why I was so burned out, so disconnected, and so tired of performing a version of myself that didn’t fit anymore.
And there it was - my chart.
Reading it felt like remembering.
It gave language to things I had always known deep down but never fully trusted.
It told me:
You don’t have to say yes to everything.
You’re allowed to rest.
You’re not here to hustle yourself sick.
And for the first time, I believed it.
Human Design gave me permission to live the way I was actually built - not the way the world expected me to.
I changed careers.
I stopped doing things that drained me just to keep the peace.
And yes - I started taking naps. On purpose. Without a bit of guilt.
As I began making decisions using my splenic authority, and moved through life according to my strategy, things started shifting.
Not instantly. But clearly.
Less resistance. More alignment.
More clarity. More calm. More energy for what truly mattered.
It didn’t fix me.
It freed me.
And my hope?
Is that it does the same for you.
Because when you start living in alignment with your design, life doesn’t just get easier,Â
It feels a thousand times better.
